The Tucson Country Day School Tax Credit for Kids program is in full swing!

We asked our parents and they told us what they want to do with the Tax Credit dollars.  Based on their input, this year we're raising money:

• To expand our technology program  

• To enhance our Art and Music programs, including the addition of an after school Music program that includes chorus, guitar and keyboarding

Remember, you get the money you donate to Tucson Country Day School back at tax time!  It's like donating FREE money to benefit all of our kids.

Unlike a tax deduction, a tax credit is matched dollar for dollar. If you owe money, the credit reduces your debt. If you get money back, it increases your refund. It’s like a savings account that gets spent to benefit your child(ren), and then gets returned to you. Your family receives money back on your taxes, and your child benefits from an enhanced educational experience.

Anyone who pays Arizona income tax can participate.  This includes grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, friends, employers… the possibilities are endless.

Some employers, such as Raytheon, will match their employee’s donations dollar for dollar. Please check with your employer to see if this benefit is offered to you.

We believe that everyone would like to provide their child(ren) with the best tools and resources possible. The Tax Credit for Kids program helps us reach that goal.

You can make your tax credit donation to Tucson Country Day School in one single contribution or in several monthly contributions.  You can send in cash or a check or make your donation online.  It couldn't be easier.  Just tell us how much you want to contribute.  You can even choose to have your contribution made directly from your checking account, debit card or credit card.

Please note: When you set up a payment using your credit card, your credit card will be debited immediately.  If you do not want your credit card to be charged NOW, please do not use the online system until you are ready for dollars to be charged to your card.
